Our inserts come in a pair and sit inside the breast pump flange, to create the best fit for your nipple.
The flange commonly known as a breast shield, is a funnel-shaped plastic or silicone piece that fits directly over your nipple to form a seal around your areola. It creates a vacuum that gently draws your nipple into the funnel for milk removal, depending on the size of your nipple, you may need an insert for a better fit.

"These are great! I’m more comfortable and get more milk now that I’m using the appropriate size. I just wish they came with the express cups and didn’t have to be bought separately. I also wish this size was an option for the regular flanges that come with the pump."
